Frank A. Waters, Jr. is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and is also Certified in Financial Forensics. He is well known in the business community as a consultant to some of Nashville and Jackson, TN's top companies with annual revenues between $2 million - $100 million dollars. In his role as part-time CFO, he arranges bank financing, assists in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis work, drafts long-term strategic and business plans, and performs special project work as required. He has spearheaded over twenty major merger & acquisition deals over the last 30 years for companies with revenues in excess of $100 million.
